We’re excited to offer the chance to be involved in a natural clay process from digging it up on the site to building vessels and objects and firing them in a pit outdoors together. This will be led by two pottery teachers and hosted outdoors at Common Soil.
Sessions will be as follows:
- Clay harvesting – Saturday 9th May during the Open Day (free to attend)
- Pot building – Sunday 17th May (cost: £35 low income, £38 middle, £43 high income)
- Outdoor firing (including BBQ lunch over the fire) – Sunday 24th May (cost: £45 low income, £52 middle, £59 high income)
